These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of clinesairconditioning.com (the “Site”), our online booking and forms, and our text messaging program, all operated by Cline’s Heating and Air (“Cline’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or these services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes submitting false information, interfering with the Site’s operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using automated tools to scrape or collect content.
Service Requests, Estimates and Scheduling
- Submitting a form, booking online or calling us is a request for service. It is not a binding contract. Appointment times are confirmed when we confirm them with you, and may change because of weather, emergencies, parts availability or other conditions.
- Prices, promotions and financing offers shown on the Site are for general information. They may change without notice and may carry eligibility requirements, expiration dates or other conditions.
- Estimates are based on the information available at the time. The final scope, price, warranty and payment terms for any work are set out in the written estimate, proposal, invoice or agreement you approve. If those documents conflict with these Terms, those documents control for that work.
Financing
Financing is offered through third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval. Terms such as “$0 down” or “0% interest” apply only to qualifying applicants and approved plans, and conditions apply. The lender’s own agreement governs any financing. Cline’s is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.
Warranties and Maintenance Plans
Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer under the manufacturer’s terms, and may require registration and regular maintenance. Any labor or workmanship warranty from Cline’s is provided only as stated in writing on your proposal, invoice or warranty certificate. Cline’s Club maintenance plan memberships are governed by the membership agreement provided at sign-up.
Text Messaging Terms
Program name: Cline’s Heating and Air text messages.
By providing your mobile number and checking the opt-in box, you agree to receive text messages from Cline’s Heating and Air, including automated messages, at the number you provided. Messages include:
- Service messages, for example: “Hi Jamie, this is Cline’s Heating and Air. Your furnace tune-up is confirmed for Tue 10/14, 8–10am. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- Marketing messages, for example: “Cline’s Heating and Air: Winter is coming! Book your furnace tune-up now before the busy season. Call 509-443-6146. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 marketing messages per month, plus service messages related to your appointments.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile information. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Reviews, Photos and Submissions
When you send us feedback, reviews, testimonials or photos, you give us permission to use them to improve our services. With your permission, we may also use them in our marketing. We will not publish your full name, address or other personal details without your consent.
Intellectual Property
The Site’s content, including text, photos, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Cline’s or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Manufacturer names and logos, such as Carrier, belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute Site content without our written permission.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to or embed third-party services, such as online booking, financing applications, maps, review sites and social media. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Informational Content
Articles, FAQs, tips and other content on the Site are for general information only. They are not a substitute for an in-person inspection by a qualified technician. HVAC, gas and electrical work can be dangerous. If you smell gas, leave the home immediately and call your gas utility or 911 from a safe location.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, relating to the Site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted. This section does not limit any written warranty we provide for work we perform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cline’s will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). This section does not apply to services we perform under a separate written agreement, and it does not limit any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cline’s and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
