History of Our Company

Cline’s Heating and Air was started in January 1988 as a family owned and locally operated company by Jim and Sharon Cline. Along with their children David and Helen, the company was built on the foundation that if we treat our customers the same as we would like to be treated, quality, craftsmanship, honesty, and fairness will always be an outcome in all areas of the business.

Founded on the values established by David and Helen Cline, Cline’s continues under the leadership of owners Michael and Treasure Boston, carrying forward a legacy of trusted HVAC service in the Spokane area. Proud to be Veteran and family owned, Cline’s maintains the highest level of service, transparency and professionalism to serve residential and commercial clients in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.

Our technicians are professional, competent and take great pride in their work. Through the use of trade schools, manufacturer training, in-house training and other industry related training classes, our techs are always continuing to stay current on the changes in equipment. They possess the federal, state and local licenses required to work on HVAC equipment in Washington and Idaho, have background clearance to work in secure areas and are drug-free.

Our office staff is courteous and professional and makes every effort to accommodate the customer scheduling requests in a timely manner. They take great pride in ensuring our customers’ invoices are processed with the detail and accuracy they deserve.

We service, install, retrofit and maintain commercial mechanical systems in professional buildings, medical facilities, retirement facilities, large and small retail buildings, bank buildings, daycare facilities, server rooms and government facilities.

Our experience is on systems that are used to condition air (heat, cool, humidify, or dehumidify). This includes all types of electric or gas heating, cooling and humidification equipment such as heat pumps, furnaces, rooftop units, ductless mini-splits, water source heat pumps, VRF zoning systems, chillers, boilers, ductwork, unit heaters, cooling towers, pumps, controls and exhaust fans.

We repair equipment that has failed, replace or install new equipment, modify the airflow system for tenant improvements and maintain equipment to help extend the life of the asset.

We service and repair all brands and install most brands, though we do not service or install oil appliances.
