Your Membership Includes:
QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE & INSPECTION VISITS
Four maintenance & inspection visits per year. We’ll call to schedule your visit every 90 days. Focus on furnaces in fall/winter and focus on AC units in spring/summer.
CLEAN & INSPECT
During each visit we will clean your units as well as operate and inspect each. This includes preventative maintenance, checking belts, pulleys and sheaves.
REPLACEMENT OF ALL AIR FILTERS & BELTS
During each visit your air filters or belts will be replaced with premium brand products.
INSPECTION REPORT
After each inspection you will receive a report including detailed photos, readings, work performed, findings and -if necessary- recommended repairs and estimates.
PRIORITY SCHEDULING
As a Cline’s VIP Club Member you will receive priority scheduling. This means your appointment preferences will take precendence over non-members.
